Meet Tammie McClafferty
Dr. Tammie McClafferty is an educator, leader, and community advocate with a lifelong commitment to serving students and families.
After earning her degree in Elementary Education, Tammie began her career teaching in public schools before going on to found and operate her own schools to better serve the needs of her community.
She later served as a principal and education leader, while continuing to expand her impact through leadership development and higher education.

Tammie currently serves as CEO of Lifework Leadership First Coast, where she helps develop leaders committed to strengthening their communities.
Through initiatives like Cup of Jōb, she has worked to serve vulnerable populations and bring people together through innovative, community-focused solutions.
She also serves as a professor, mentor, and speaker—equipping others to lead with purpose and integrity.
Tammie and her husband Sean have been married since 1995 and have three children. Their family has been deeply rooted in faith, service, and community.
